Pond, landfill and other liners can provide an array of water retention, waterproofing and contaminate protection. Clay mat composite liners consist of a layer of bentonite encapsulated between two textiles which are needle-punched together. A flexible membrane liner is laminated to one of the geotextiles. The result is an easy-to-install, self-healing, self-seaming liner that requires very little maintenance. The swelling properties of the bentonite clay and cushioning of the textiles eliminate the need for seam welding and underlayments. High Density Polyethylene(HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer(EPDM) liners can provide lasting solutions various soil, environmental contaminate conditions and waterproofing situations. These liners require a heavy nonwoven geotextile for cushioning. CFG, Inc. is partnered with several certified installers and can offer consultation from design planning though project execution.
